Took some pics while waiting for the ferry to get to LL, then of course when it got there I disconnected... $#!* oh well at least I had the pretty view to keep me entertained... til the damn sandstorm started and all I could see was dust o:< stupid desert lol

How do I get to Limsa from Gridania?

Also how long is that run? couple of hours?

Follow the road south from Grid, you'll end up near Ul'Dah, on that map go to the ferry dock on the far west and it'll take you right to LL.

Took me over half an hour to get to the ferry, then the ferry depends when you get there but I think it comes by every 10-15 minutes and the ride itself is another 10 or so.

The ferry ride took forever.. The trip while enjoyable, be careful of aggroable mobs, make sure to stop by the camps along the way, so you can teleport to them later, and teleport to them if you die.

So you finally got there, did you? >:0

Yeehaw, made my maiden voyage across the starting cities.... I wish I had like 100k gil though, they had a rank 17 weapon... would be nice.

This world seems much much smaller than FFXI did to me.

Also learned that crafting leves actually provide the materials.... I grinded out 10 levels before finding out that all these leves didn't actually need me to craft the parts for it.
